I read this news too and couldn't resist the big smile that crept upon my face.
What wonderful news in an otherwise bleak world!
And to boot, he still found the energy to muster up his sense of humor as he joked about getting a haircut to get rid of the "just kidnapped" look LOL.
"The last 16 weeks have been the very worst of my life," he added. "I was in the hands of people who were dangerous and unpredictable." How terrible he had to go through this, he is lucky he is free now. How long do we have to cope with things like this ? No to terrorism! Hi cq, Michele sent me to wish you a happy weekend :) Hi cq
That is good news. I mean I knew about the release but a simple little act like removing a ticker from your sidebar must feel pretty good. Good luck with your other tickers.
I read that and was so very happy to see that he was frre! Congrats to all of Britain, and to him! And to you too, for keeping the faith with your tribute yo him...!
I am so glad that he's free and home. I wish I understood the mindset of murderous people who have dedicated their lives to hatred and destruction. I wish our world could be softer and gentler.
On the plus side, I see a lucrative book in his future. Sorry, the journalist couldn't resist a comment about the journalist. I'd do it, if for nothing more than to teach others the cost of hatred.
