I know how that is----I was trying to post a NEW post this morning about 2:30am and BLOGGER decided to move me to the NEW Beta at that time...OY! So I didn't get to sleep till after 5am...! Too bad we are not in the same time zone....We Could Talk On The Phone When Insomnia hits...(lol)...Hope we both sleep better tonight....!
I feel your pain. Lately, I've been falling asleep in the early evening, only to wake up at 2 or 3 a.m., ready to go. I usually try to get myself sleepy again by firing up the laptop and touring my favorite blogs, but the whole process is starting to wear me down during the day.
Gotta find a new rhythm, I guess. Cycling season ought to help!
Thanks for your thoughtful comments on my blog this week. It's such a comfort knowing I have good friends everywhere. You're a kind soul.

craziequeen - Sorry about the inxomnia, thanks for the visit!
Good Morning, just returned to test my enter button! trust you to laugh at my trouble!
Insomnia means never having to say "good morning" :)
If you like, I'll record a podcast for you. I'll read selections from my poetry collection and that will definitely put you to sleep.
Ek - that's an awful time of the morning to be awake. Hope the insomnia leaves soon!

Must have been the night... we woke up at 3am and had a hard time getting back to sleep by 4:30am. Blogs are good for insomnia.

Steroids are my excuse..What is yours?!
Visiting ones entire blogroll is a good thing to do. Staying up all night to do it is not. ;)
Hope you've solved that problem!
