Charlie is missing. He must have done a runner yesterday.
At least he's not on the side of the road like Ambrose, and there's been no phonecall like Echo.
Let's hope he's snoozing under a bush somewhere.......

Update: Charlie is home safe and sound, but a little nervous. He must have sneaked out last night when we weren't looking and we accidentally shut him out :-(
He went under the garden shed - and promptly got scared/stuck.
I thought I could hear him crying most of this morning. I went next door to check their sheds and even looked up on the roof. Although I thought maybe I was imagining it, I knew I could hear him!
I'd already checked under the shed, but I realised the crying was coming from under there. He was in the darkest recesses and was terrified.
We tried to tempt him out, but he refused to budge, so MB started taking up the floorboards.
Charlie was so scared he squeezed out of a tiny gap and bolted for the house.
One safe and sound, if a little shaken, kitty.
One relieved, if a little shaken, mama.
