Love the colors in this, and it's good reminder, no matter how many times we read it.

Much prefer the modern Version

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I cannot accept,
And the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had
to kill today because they pissed me off.

One of the most profound prayers that I know! Hope you are okay my dear CQ....I miss you and think of you very very often...And, I congratulate you on the Calender Of Non-Smoking...
I have an Anniversary coming up on the Non-Smoking front, my dear....And believe me when I say I know how incredibly difficult this jourbey is....but, I also know what a good thing it is for each of us that can do this....Remember, one SECOND at a time is just fine...whatever gets you through the moment.....!

I'm with you all the way my dear....! (((((((HUGS)))))))

cq - This quote embroidered and framed was a gift from the pastor at our wedding. It is a favorite of mine.
