It's hard to get your envisioned project started. We have so many "plans" for our backyard that I want them done NOW. I'm sure you'll have it all set up the way you want it for spring?
Are you covering it up with a patio? My garden is all weeds this year.....the kids just keep me too busy driving to and from places for me to stop and garden;-)
I grew up in the city but the apartment my family had when I was growing up had a balcony. It was 36 feet wide so we had lots and lots of plants and a giant planter my uncle built. It was made to look like a windowbox. Grandma would plant tomatoes in it. We got 444 cherry tomatoes one summer. Now I have a windowsill to work with - lol. Sending good gardening vibes your way. Frances
Don't worry, Craziequeen: You're not as bad as my human pet. She can't work a garden to save her life. The fact that you're even trying is so much more than she could aspire to!

A work in progress?
Everyyear I say I will put one in and then I do not. There is always NEXT spring...right?
Happy Wednesday!

Have a great day. My WW is up. :-)
Very cool. I haven't had a garden in ages. No time.
Very much a work in progress it seems to me. Whatcha building? A wind turbine maybe?

Wow it is 59 degrees where you're at! I just heard lightning, [hot here], so I better get off the 'puter. It looks very nice and organized so far. :)
