Saturday

It must be Saturday [points to heaps of laundry].

MB is out playing golf, Pandora is sleeping the sleep of the elderly and Charlie is roaming about the house quietly (for a change!!)

Showed my boss my TT and he grinned - told you all he was cool!

I had a quirky conversation yesterday. After a meeting where I took the minutes, I was tappeting away zealously on my computer.

'What are you doing?' asked boss
'Typing up the minutes while the meeting is fresh in my mind,' replied me.
He looked amused.
'I should have them out by Tuesday,' I said.
'The members will have heart attacks,' he grinned. 'They don't usually get them for a month after the meetings........'

Perhaps I am being a little over-efficient?? :-)

Ah, well...laundry.......and Michele.....beckons.......

Crazie Michele sent me. I love the picture of the three cats and I know how hard it is to get a pill down a Cat. Our cat Max (psychokitty.blogspot.com) gets a pill twice a day for two weeks at a time. He is an expert at cheekying the pill and spitting it out even if you hold his mouth closed for a min.

Over-efficient! At this rate you'll be running the place!!

Thanks for visiting me today, that was very kind of you!

Good luck with your hamster by the way. Although not quite sure how you get a pill down a hamster!!

Heck, me again, I was a bit enthusiastic with the exclamation marks in that last comment. :)

I remember when I started doing minutes for meetings... I turned them around in 24 hours... The person in post before me took 3 weeks..... and she used to send them to outside printers..... so I saved time & money.... [grin].

Laundry day tomorrow for me... shopping today.

Did laundry yesterday around buying concert tickets, watching movies and having my last free day for a while off...

Always do minutes straight away - I hat trying to do them late and I hat getting them late as it doesn't allow anytime to do the actions on them.

Generally I just hate 60% of the meetings I used to go as a deputy, these days I go to the ones that matter and dont baby sit my staff at theirs - too much time is spent talking and checking rather than actually doing and another thing (insert anti-bureacracy rant here)

An empty laundry basket looks the best of all.

what? everyone has a specific "laundry day"? I'm I the only one who has to do laundry every day. :-( Like 2 or 3 loads per day.

Hmm, something up there me thinks. lol.

Well done CQ for being so efficient with the meeting minutes. :-) Is there such a thing as over efficient?

Take Care

Hello, Michele sent me!
I reserve Monday for laundry day. Saturday usually ends up being the day to run around after hubby or wear ear muffs so I can concentrate on what I am doing while golf or football, or baseball is loudly playing in the background.:)
Cute blog!
