I was told a couple of years ago that this is the prayer for depression.......[gulp]cq
It's a great prayer... It should be taught in school....
Have you ever noticed, I have a copy of this prayer in my dining room?But I've never liked the long version..cq
It's a fine prayer...
Unfortunately, I'll always associate this poem with my mom's passing. It fell a little short of easing the pain. No offence. Pleasure to meet you - Came here from MIchele
The wisdom to know the difference is the hard part! Michele sent me. I agree with your comment about Carmi; he always knows just the right thing to say.
Judy, oh yeah, definitely!I learnt this prayer as a child in a violent household where I couldn't change anything. Age and wisdom is showing me I can change things - but only certain things :-)cq
