7 Things

This is in response to an open tag by MaryP. I should be recording my trip to London – but I’m still recovering…maybe later!

7 things I plan to do before I die:
1. Go skiing – well, that’s a given!
2. Be debt-free – like that’s ever gonna happen!
3. Get off Prozac permanently
4. See my Boo in Canada
5. Cuddle a chimpanzee
6. Swim with dolphins (yeah right – how many have that on their list!)
7. Hold Boo’s children (which would make me a great-godmother!)

7 things I can do:
1. Negotiate
2. Read copiously
3. Blog (thanks Aginoth!)
4. Admire a droplet of rain amidst a downpour.
5. Be honest.
6. Be gracious in defeat
7. Teach (well, I was always supposed to be a teacher – now I guess I am a teacher of life!)

7 Things I cannot do:
1. Hear my child say ‘I love you, mummy’.
2. Eat meat.
3. Ice skate

4. Ski – yet!
5. Remember simple things – thanks Prozac!
6. Hurt an animal
7. Play complicated computer games.

7 Things that Attract me to the Opposite Sex:
1. Left-handedness
2. Red hair and freckles
3. Supportive
4. GSoH
5. Respect
6. Freedom
7. Independence

7 Things I Say Most Often:
1. Charlie!
2. Get off of her!!
3. What do you want for dinner, dear?
4. No such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers
5. Charlie! (well, I say it so much atm it warrants two entries!)
6. Drive carefully
7. Don’t drink too much!

7 celebrity crushes:

Lost count over the years……….
Johnny Depp
Vin Diesel
Cliff Richard (well, I am old)
Not to mention all the nice young men whose posters decorated my walls throughout teenagerhood!

7 People I tag:
Like Mary, I'll let you tag yourselves, whoever wants to!

7 Things I want to do before I die:

1. Do a PhD. I always have fancied being called Dr.. Also handy for getting bumped up to 1st Class on airlines (I just hope no one gets sick & they call for a Doctor)

2. Write a book and get it published. Always had a hankering to see my name in print.

3. Think of 5 more things I want to do before I die....

7 Celebrity Crushes:

1. Amanda Tapping - of course. I mean she's not just a talented beautiful woman - she's a Goddess, an Icon... but you get the picture.

2. My lust object of the moment - Scarlett Johanssen.

3. I admit Johnny Depp is SERIOUSLY cute...

But who needs more than that....

Oh, and CQ... You forgot Viggo. I'm shocked. Or are you still recovering from 'A History of Violence' on Tuesday night?

You can tell I'm thinking about this.....

7 Things that attract me to people:

1. For some unknown reason I'm really (and I mean REALLY) partial to red heads...

2. Intelligence. Brains really turn me on. Call me shallow but 'smarts' just do it for me.

3. Height. Above 5' 8" for preference. I'm tall and snogging short people gives me neck ache.

4. I know this is a huge cliche, but I do like someone with a good sense of humour. Mine is (as some of you will know) somewhat off the wall and it's nice to have that appreciated and reciprocated. I love it when someone "get's me"

5. Open mindedness. In my book there's hardly anything worse than bigotry.

6. Long conversations - either about nothing at all (and we've all had them I wager) or the willingness to go as deep as we can..

7. The ability to have fun. When I see that twinkle in the eye that means fun times are ahead.... Well.... that's quite something...

Ah but Viggo isn't a crush for me - I don't yearn for him....he's cute but not.....desirable.

Whereas our Man Mr Depp is eminently desirable :-)

Mary P said: "Cyberkitten, you really need to get your own blog! I love whatever you write, wherever I run into you, but it would be simpler if there were A Spot to find you."

Why, thank you kindly... It's always nice to be appreciated in one's own lifetime.. But I'm afraid that you've made me a little self-conscious - though probably not for (too) long.

As to having my own Blog... Unlikely I'm afraid. I'm already spending far too much time 'blogging' as it is without giving my own Blogg the time & effort it would deserve/require. It's seriously cutting into my reading time, which is just not on. Anyway, I doubt if I have very much of interest to say - I'm actually rather boring.... (bg).

So far.. you'll find me here, on Mr A's blogg, @ Q's (as long as he's willing to put up with my - many - questions) and, of course, on yours - though I may not always comment on things...

Oh - cyberkitten?? Eating into reading time??

Surprised you still blog [wink] What's the backlog of books now?

My backlog...? Not entirely sure... 12 years I think... Maybe 15.

7 books bought this week alone. Not exactly helping.........

...and then there's computer gaming... and movies...
